Yam Woon Sen

Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 200 grams glass noodles, poured boiling hot water
  • 100 grams of ground beef, sauteed until cooked
  • 200 grams shrimp, dikerat back
  • 150 grams of squid, dikerat-slices

Dressing:

  • 7 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons lime juice
How to cook:
  • Saute garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and squid, stir until cooked, remove from heat. Stir with glass noodles and ground beef, and all the dressing ingredients.
