Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:
  • 5 pieces of white bread (discard skins)
  • 250 ml of liquid milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 75 grams onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 500 grams of minced chicken meat
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • oil for frying
  • Material Layers:
  • 150 grams of 'panir' flour 
  • 2 egg whites
How to cook:
  • Soak bread in milk until soft, knead until smooth and set aside.
  • Heat margarine fry onion and garlic until wilted. Lift.
  • Stir stir onion, bread mix, salt, pepper, chicken, and egg yolks, mix well.
  • Prepare a 18 cm square baking pan. Pour the batter into it. Flatten and then steamed until cooked. Remove and let cool.
  • Remove from pan and cut 6x3x1cm, dip into egg whites then dredge in flour PANIR.
  • Fry until dry and cooked.
