Ingredients:
- 5 pieces of white bread (discard skins)
- 250 ml of liquid milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 75 grams onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 500 grams of minced chicken meat
- 1 / 2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- oil for frying
- Material Layers:
- 150 grams of 'panir' flour
- 2 egg whites
- Soak bread in milk until soft, knead until smooth and set aside.
- Heat margarine fry onion and garlic until wilted. Lift.
- Stir stir onion, bread mix, salt, pepper, chicken, and egg yolks, mix well.
- Prepare a 18 cm square baking pan. Pour the batter into it. Flatten and then steamed until cooked. Remove and let cool.

- Fry until dry and cooked.
